else remain a placeholder with a ?/
may the script set permissions?

i set 777,it works,
Then i decided to delete the photo .
The page of success of deletion redirect to
http://www.solincitta.it/photos.php
instead of
http://www.solincitta.it/solincitta/photos.php

At the end, probably due to the error

BAD LOOP
with Instant messaging.
It works really nice, but i got a loop when i sent a message to myself requesting of notify me ...
The message wont go away,it notify me forever i read the previous message.....
THEN
The continue search...
notify me continuously of 1 msg in mailbox

photo should be able to view fine. I don't think it will be the issue.
PHP doesn't allow to set permission on files for all server.

Hey,, I won't fix problem this version anymore.
The new version should release within 2 weeks.
The structure is different and have installation script plus template and language pack!
