There is some missing and wrong that I didn't see.
- add blank pages for language pack if you use cron to run online bot and dblog cleaning. If you don't use them, skip this one.

ah.. one thing is ,,, don't forget to rename 'manager' to something else. I didn't implement administrator features yet.
